1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywna dostawa kamiennej soli drogowej do zimowego utrzymania dróg w sezonie 2025/2026 r. w ilości: 4500 ton Dostawy soli drogowej wraz z dowozem samochodem samowyładowczym odbywać się będą do bazy zamawiającego, sukcesywnie wg potrzeb Zamawiającego lub do wyczerpania zamawianej ilości. Zamawiający informuje, że przy dostawie soli drogowej będącej przedmiotem zamówienia 4500 ton to wielkość maksymalna, która może być odebrana w trakcje realizacji zamówienia. Natomiast gwarantowana minimalna ilość soli, która może zostać odebrana wynosi 2000 ton. Przedmiot zamówienia został określony szczegółowo w załączniku nr 6 do SWZ ,,Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” 1.
