1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie zadania w ramach projektu pn.: „Odnawialne Źródła Energii w Gminie Ujazd”. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej i prac mających na celu realizację inwestycji polegającej na dostawie, montażu i uruchomieniu instalacji w budynkach prywatnych i budynkach użyteczności publicznej. Przedsięwzięcie będzie realizowane w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Przedmiot zamówienia realizowany jest w ramach: Projekt FELD.02.28-IZ.00-0005/25 realizowany w ramach FELD.02.28 Działanie: Odnawialne źródła energii - ZIT Tomaszów Mazowiecki - Opoczno w ramach Priorytetu: Fundusze europejskie dla zielonego łódzkiego, Program: Fundusze Europejskie dla Łódzkiego 2021-2027 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na dwie poniższe części: Część nr 1: Odnawialne źródła energii na budynkach prywatnych • 72 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych z magazynami energii dla mieszkańców indywidualnych. Część nr 2: Odnawialne źródła energii na budynkach użyteczności publicznej • 3 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych, • 8 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych z magazynami energii, • 1 szt. instalacji kotła na pellet w budynku użyteczności publicznej. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia opisano szczegółowo w: 1) dla części nr 1: w programie funkcjonalno- użytkowym, który stanowi załącznik nr 6 do SWZ; 2) dla części nr 2: w programie funkcjonalno- użytkowym, który stanowi załącznik nr 6 do SWZ oraz projektach technicznych, które stanowią załącznik nr 6b do SWZ; 1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje Część nr 1: Odnawialne źródła energii na budynkach prywatnych • 72 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych z magazynami energii dla mieszkańców indywidualnych. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia opisano szczegółowo w: dla części nr 1: w programie funkcjonalno- użytkowym, który stanowi załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.; 1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje Część nr 2: Odnawialne źródła energii na budynkach użyteczności publicznej: • 3 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych, • 8 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych z magazynami energii, • 1 szt. instalacji kotła na pellet w budynku użyteczności publicznej. 2.
