Infrastruktura IT projektu została opracowana z myślą o zapewnieniu niezawodności, elastyczności i efektywności przetwarzania oraz przechowywania danych w dwóch kluczowych ośrodkach: Narodowym Archiwum Cyfrowym (Podstawowy Ośrodek Przetwarzania Danych) oraz Archiwum Narodowym w Krakowie (Zapasowy Ośrodek Przetwarzania Danych). Bezpieczeństwo danych będzie priorytetem, uwzględniając zaawansowane mechanizmy zarządzania dostępem, monitorowania aktywności i awarii. Systemowe środki bezpieczeństwa będą chronić dane w trakcie przetwarzania, przechowywania i transmisji między ośrodkami poprzez dedykowaną sieć MPLS Archiwów Państwowych. Projekt skupia się na wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych technologii, zapewniając jednocześnie efektywne zarządzanie i rozbudowę repozytoriów danych archiwalnymi, ich ochronę i dostępność w długotrwałej perspektywie.
