Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wraz z montażem i szkoleniem pracowników do siedziby Zamawiającego - NCBJ Ośrodka Radioizotopów POLATOM sprzętu teleinformatycznego wraz z akcesoriami i licencją, umożliwiającą wykorzystywanie sprzętu zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem w podziale na części: Część 1: Urządzenia serwerowe Część 2: Akcesoria do przełączników sieci SAN w okresie: • Do 1 miesiąca od podpisania umowy (dotyczy zamówienia sprzętu w zakresie dostawy do lokalizacji 1 - część 1, część 2). • późniejszym niż dostawa do lokalizacji 1., jednak nie później niż 4 miesiące od podpisania umowy i w terminie nieprzekraczającym 1 miesiąca od przesłania zamówienia do dostawcy przez Zamawiającego (dotyczy zamówienia sprzętu w zakresie dostawy do lokalizacji 2 - część 1). Zamawiający dopuszcza złożenie przez jednego Wykonawcę oferty na dowolnie wybrane przez siebie części. W celu sprawdzenia zgodności z SWZ, wymagane jest podanie w formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym przez Wykonawcę: modelu, symbolu oraz nazwy producenta oferowanego sprzętu. Brak podania modelu, symbolu oraz nazwy producenta oferowanego sprzętu w formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym będzie skutkowało odrzuceniem oferty Wykonawcy. Miejscem dostaw dla sprzętu będącego przedmiotem zamówienia (Lokalizacja 1 i Lokalizacja 2) są budynki znajdujące się na terenie NCBJ OR POLATOM z siedzibą przy ul. Sołtana 7, 05-400 Otwock. Dokładne ich umiejscowienie zostanie podane wyłonionemu Wykonawcy. Wykonawca zorganizuje i przeprowadzi szkolenie z dostarczanego sprzętu w zakresie: • administracji • obsługi technicznej • konserwacji • uruchomienia • możliwościach rozbudowy 2. Szczegółowy opis oraz wymagania dotyczący parametrów technicznych i innych warunków realizacji zamówienia zawiera specyfikacja techniczna, stanowiąca Załącznik A do SWZ (Specyfikacja techniczna).
