1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa stołów operacyjnych oraz łóżek do intensywnej terapii. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 2, 2A do SWZ Formularze cenowo- techniczne. Zadanie nr 1: Dostawa stołów operacyjnych. Zadanie nr 2: Dostawa łóżek do intensywnej terapii. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa 3 szt. stołów operacyjnych - Mobilny, modularny stół operacyjny z napędem elektrohydraulicznym. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ Formularz cenowo- techniczny.; 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa 2 szt. łóżek do intensywnej terapii. Metalowa konstrukcja łóżka lakierowana proszkowo. Leże łóżka czterosegmentowe z czego trzy segmenty ruchome. Materac przeciwodleżynowy zmiennociśnieniowy - 2 szt. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 2A do SWZ Formularz cenowo- techniczny.
