1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa zestawów histeroskopowych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 2, 2A do SWZ Formularz cenowo-techniczny. Zadanie nr 1: Histeroskop I (Tor wizyjny do histeroskopii) Zadanie nr 2: Histeroskop II (Tor wizyjny do histeroskopii) 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa Histeroskopu I (Tor wizyjny do histeroskopii - monitor medyczny, jednostka sterująca, głowica kamery, wózek pod aparaturę medyczną, pompa wielofunkcyjna, W zestawie z pompą: Zestaw drenów irygacyjnych wielorazowego użytku - 1 zestaw Zestaw drenów ssących wielorazowego użytku - 1 zestaw, Resektoskop ginekologiczny bipolarny, Resektoskop bipolarny 24/26 Fr (+/-2 Fr) -zestaw oraz resektoskop bipolarny 22 Fr (+-2 Fr)- zestaw, Diatermia elektrochirurgiczna z systemem zamykania dużych naczyń, Histeroskopy diagnostyczno-operacyjne 5mm (+/- 2 mm)-2 zestawy, Histeroskopy diagnostyczno-operacyjne od 6 mm (+/- 2 mm) -2 zestawy) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ Formularz cenowo- techniczny.; 1.
