Description

1. Zamawiający udzieli zamówienia w dwóch częściach: Część A: wykonanie robót polegających na wymianie nawierzchni bitumicznej Część B: wykonanie robót polegających na wymianie nawierzchni bitumicznej na mineralną. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedną, lub dwie części. 3. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej na podstawie Programu Funkcjonalno-Użytkowego a następnie na jej podstawie wykonanie robót budowlanych dla Części A oraz wykonanie na podstawie Programu Funkcjonalno-Użytkowego robót budowlanych dla Części B. 4. Poszczególne zakresy przedmiotu zamówienia dla Części A oraz dla Części B zostały zawarte w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (Załącznik nr 2a i 2b do SWZ) oraz w PFU (Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ). 5. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w PFU z załącznikami (Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ). 6. Dodatkowe warunki realizacji zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy (Załącznik nr 2a i 2b do SWZ). 1.
