Pełna nazwa nadana zamówieniu: Zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych dla zadania pn.„Budowa budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego z garażem podziemnym, wewnętrzną i zewnętrzną infrastrukturą techniczną oraz zagospodarowaniem terenu na działce nr 40/10, obręb nr 4.0002_AR_08-Osiedle Wschód przy ul. Jeżynowej w Ząbkowicach Śląskich”. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest kompleksowa realizacja zamierzenia budowlanego tj. zaprojektowanie, nadzór autorski i wykonanie robót budowlanych dla zadania budowy budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego z garażem podziemnym, wewnętrzną i zewnętrzną infrastrukturą techniczną oraz zagospodarowaniem terenu na działce nr 40/10, obręb nr 4.0002_AR_08-Osiedle Wschód przy ul. Jeżynowej w Ząbkowicach Śląskich. Zamawiający planuje sfinansować niniejsze zamówienie ze środków funduszu dopłat, wobec czego zadanie musi spełniać wymagania określone w ustawie z dnia 8 grudnia 2006 r. o finansowym wsparciu niektórych przedsięwzięć mieszkaniowych (Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 511 tj.), w tym m.in. wskaźnik EP<52 kWh/m2*rok. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. Prawo budowlane (Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 524 t.j. ze zm.). Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i wybudowanie budynku mieszkalnego w technologii prefabrykowanych ścian żelbetonowych trójwarstwowych. Obiekt wielorodzinny o 8 kondygnacjach nadziemnych oraz 1 kondygnacji podziemnej, przeznaczonej na garaże oraz komórki dla mieszkańców. UWAGA: Zamawiający do realizacji zamierzenia inwestycyjnego wybrał technologię prefabrykowanych ścian żelbetonowych z uwzględnieniem wykonania ścian zewnętrznych prefabrykowanych trójwarstwowych. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych. Zamawiający szczegółowo opisuje przedmiot zamówienia za pomocą SWZ oraz załączników do SWZ tj.: - PFU - Programu Funkcjonalno-Użytkowego, - Dokumentach merytorycznych, - Projekcie umowy. Opis szczegółowy postępowania zawarto w SWZ. WYKONAWCA MOŻE ZŁOŻYĆ TYLKO JEDNĄ OFERTĘ. ZAMAWIAJĄCY NIE DOPUSZCZA SKŁADANIA OFERT CZĘŚCIOWYCH. ZAMAWIAJĄCY NIE DOPUSZCZA SKŁADANIA OFERT WARIANTOWYCH.
