Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, wybudowanie, uruchomienie i przekazanie do eksploatacji - Instalacji Termicznego Przekształcania Odpadów pochodzenia komunalnego z wysokosprawnym odzyskiem energii (ITPO) w Wysokiem Mazowieckiem, którego zakres i cel został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy. Zamówienie będzie realizowane w formule “pod klucz” (zaprojektuj i wybuduj). Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności wykonanie: 1) Dokumentacji projektowej, budowlanej technologicznej, instalacyjnej wraz z uzyskaniem decyzji i uzgodnień pozwalających na kompleksowe wykonanie robót budowlanych, 2) Dostawy niezbędnych urządzeń i materiałów, 3) Robót przygotowawczych, 4) Robót budowlanych w zakresie budynków, budowli, dróg dojazdowych, placów manewrowych, dróg pożarowych i połączeń z obiektami zewnętrznymi oraz sieci i instalacji technologicznych, sanitarnych, zasilania, elektroenergetycznych, AKPiA, CCTV, a także instalacji p.poż, 5) Niezbędnych demontaży, rozbiórki oraz usunięcie występujących kolizji, 6) Montażu urządzeń instalacji i sieci technologicznych, sanitarnych, zasilania, elektroenergetycznych, AKPiA, informatycznych, CCTV, a także instalacji p.poż., 7) Uruchomienia i przeprowadzenia rozruchu, ruchu próbnego i regulacyjnego oraz gwarancyjnego, 8) Uzyskanie wszelkich niezbędnych decyzji, certyfikatów, pozwoleń, dopuszczeń oraz koncesji w celu przekazania obiektu do użytkowania oraz oraz przekazanie do eksploatacji, 9)Dokumentacji powykonawczej, instrukcji eksploatacji, instrukcji stanowiskowych, dokumentacji rozruchowej, instrukcji prób i testów, planu ruchu próbnego i regulacyjnego, 10) Szkoleń załogi i obsługi w oparciu o wcześniej przygotowane materiały szkoleniowe, 11) Zobowiązań gwarancyjnych oraz świadczenie usług serwisowych w okresie gwarancji oraz zapewnienie dostawy materiałów eksploatacyjnych oraz części zamiennych, 12) świadczenie usługi asysty technicznej w okresie pierwszych 12 miesięcy eksploatacji
