Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych obejmujących: 1) modernizację, przebudowę i termomodernizację budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego położonego przy ul. Jana Sobieskiego 430A w Bielsku-Białej wraz z podłączeniem do miejskiej sieci ciepłowniczej oraz kompleksowym uporządkowaniem i modernizacją zagospodarowania terenu, 2) modernizację z przebudową, nadbudową oraz termomodernizacją pięciu budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych położonych przy ul. Jana Sobieskiego 432, 434, 436, 438, 442 w Bielsku-Białej wraz z podłączeniem do miejskiej sieci ciepłowniczej oraz kompleksowym zagospodarowaniem terenu, 3) skuteczne przeprowadzenie przed organem nadzoru budowlanego procedury zakończenia budowy, tj. zawiadomienia organu nadzoru budowlanego o zakończeniu robót bądź uzyskania decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w: 1) OPZ, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do Specyfikacji; 2) OPZ dla dostawy, montażu, uruchomienia i konfiguracji systemu monitoringu wizyjnego dla budynków mieszkalnych przy ul. Jana Sobieskiego 430A, 432, 434, 436, 438, 442, stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do Specyfikacji, przy czym, ilekroć mowa w Specyfikacji o opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, należy przez to rozumieć oba te opisy, 3) dokumentacji projektowo-technicznej obejmującej: a) projekt remontu, przebudowy i termomodernizacji budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego przy ul. Jana Sobieskiego 430A w Bielsku-Białej wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania części poddasza nieużytkowego na pomieszczenie pomocnicze w mieszkaniu wraz ze Specyfikacjami Technicznymi Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych, b) projekt remontu, przebudowy, nadbudowy i termomodernizacji budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego przy ul. Jana Sobieskiego 432 w Bielsku-Białej wraz ze Specyfikacjami Technicznymi Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych, c) projekt remontu, przebudowy, nadbudowy i termomodernizacji budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego przy ul. Jana Sobieskiego 434 w Bielsku-Białej wraz ze Specyfikacjami Technicznymi Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych, d) projekt remontu, przebudowy, nadbudowy i termomodernizacji budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego przy ul. Jana Sobieskiego 436 w Bielsku-Białej wraz ze Specyfikacjami Technicznymi Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych, e) projekt remontu, przebudowy, nadbudowy i termomodernizacji budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego przy ul. Jana Sobieskiego 442 w Bielsku-Białej wraz ze Specyfikacjami Technicznymi Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych, g) rewizje do projektów, h) zmiany materiałowe, i) Szczegółową Specyfikację Techniczną Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych - cienkowarstwowa powłoka elewacyjna ECOBAUTER (lub równoważna), j) pozwolenia na budowę - decyzje Prezydenta Miasta Bielska-Białej nr 48/2023 z dnia 26.01.2023 r. oraz nr 673/2022 z dnia 7.09.2022 r., k) pozwolenie wodnoprawne - decyzję Dyrektora Zarządu Zlewni w Katowicach nr GL.ZUZ.2.4210.512.2022.AS z dnia 30.09.2022 r. udostępnionej w wersji elektronicznej pod linkiem znajdującym się w załączniku nr 3 do Specyfikacji na stronie prowadzonego postępowania 4) przedmiarach robót.
