1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych w budynku Sceny Kameralnej Teatru Polskiego we Wrocławiu przy ul. Świdnickiej 28 obejmujących remont, przebudowę, nadbudowę budynku Sceny Kameralnej Teatru Polskiego we Wrocławiu wraz z uzyskaniem pozwolenia na użytkowanie. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią załączniki do SWZ tj. między innymi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, dokumentacja projektowa, STWiORB, decyzje, uzgodnienia, opinie, projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego (projekt umowy). 1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych w budynku Sceny Kameralnej Teatru Polskiego we Wrocławiu przy ul. Świdnickiej 28 wraz z dostawą i montażem sprzętu i wyposażenia technicznego w tym mechaniki sceny, sprzętu elektroakustycznego oraz oświetlenia scenicznego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi zał. Nr 1 oraz pozostałe załączniki do niniejszej SWZ stanowiące integralną część dokumentacji przetargowej tj. między innymi dokumentacja projektowa, STWiORB, decyzje, uzgodnienia, opinie, projekt umowy.
