Termin realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia ustala się następująco: 1) Zakres podstawowy: w terminie do 14 miesięcy od dnia podpisania umowy 2) Zakres objęty opcją: w terminie do 8 miesięcy od dnia otrzymania od Zamawiającego oświadczenia woli o skorzystaniu z prawa opcji (zakres prawa opcji może zostać zrealizowane nie wcześniej niż 11 miesięcy od daty podpisania umowy). 3. Przez termin wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia uważa się dzień pisemnego potwierdzenia przez Zamawiającego/ Inspektora nadzoru zgłoszenia Wykonawcy o zakończeniu robót i osiągnięciu gotowości do odbioru przedmiotu Umowy.
