1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest kompleksowa budowa nowej stacji 400 kV SE Krzemienica wraz z drogą dojazdową, rozbudową sieci wodociągowej poza granicami stacji i infrastrukturą powiązaną oraz budową dwutorowej linii 400 kV Krzemienica - nacięcie linii Słupsk - Żydowo Kierzkowo wraz z wprowadzeniem traktów światłowodowych do SE Krzemienica oraz uruchomieniem relacji 400 kV Krzemienica - Słupsk 2 i Krzemienica - Żydowo Kierzkowo. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu Zamówienia, w tym w odniesieniu do Opcji Nadzoru oraz Opcji nr 1-4, znajduje się w Części II SWZ Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy oraz w Części IV SWZ. 3. Nazwy i kody Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień: 45000000-7; 35100000 - 5; 45100000-8; 45200000-9; 45300000-0; 45500000-2; 71200000-0; 71300000-1; 71400000-2; 71500000-3 4. Każdorazowo, we wszystkich przypadkach, w których Zamawiający opisując przedmiot Zamówienia przez odniesienie do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 i ust. 3 Ustawy, Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym, jeżeli pozwolą one uzyskać cechy lub parametry nie gorsze niż przywołane. Powyższe oznacza, że Wykonawca może zastosować rozwiązania opisane przez Zamawiającego „lub równoważne”. 5. Wykonawca który powołuje się na rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym przez Zamawiającego, jest obowiązany wykazać, że oferowane przez niego dostawy, usługi lub roboty budowlane w równoważnym stopniu spełniają wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego. Warunkiem stosowania rozwiązań równoważnych jest pisemne zatwierdzenie przez Zamawiającego. Różnice pomiędzy powołanymi normami, a ich odpowiednikami muszą być dokładnie opisane przez Wykonawcę i przedłożone Zamawiającemu - w trakcie realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia - do zatwierdzenia. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa stacji 400 kV Krzemienica - etap I 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Części II SWZ Program Funkcjonalno - Użytkowym.
