Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane obejmujące swoim zakresem: 1.1. Zadanie nr 1: „Budowa przepompowni ścieków sanitarnych w rejonie ulicy Planeta wraz z budową rurociągów tłocznych”. 1.1.1. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa przepompowni ścieków P1 wraz z przebudową istniejącej przepompowni ścieków P2 przy ul. Planeta w Bytomiu wraz z budową podwójnego rurociągu tłocznego o średnicy DN315 oraz kanału grawitacyjnego w zakresie średnic DN250-DN400 w rejonie ulicy Chmielewskiej, Suchogórskiej, Łokietka i Tysiąclecia w obszarze dzielnic Stolarzowice, Sucha Góra i Stroszek w Bytomiu oraz dzielnicy Repty Śląskie w Tarnowskich Górach. Celem inwestycji jest usprawnienie funkcjonowania przepompowni ścieków przy ul. Planeta. 1.1.2. W ramach inwestycji przewiduje się: a) budowę nowej przepompowni ścieków P1 w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie istniejącej przepompowni przy ul. Planeta, b) przebudowę istniejącego układu przepompowni P2 przy ul. Planeta, (m.in. przełożenie przewodu DN250, wymiana wyposażenia pompowni), c) budowę podwójnego rurociągu tłocznego o średnicy DN315 i długości ok. 4,4 km każdy wraz z kanałem grawitacyjnym o średnicy DN400 PVC-U o długości ok. 210 m, od nowoprojektowanej przepompowni do kanału k500 zlokalizowanego w rejonie ul. Myśliwskiej i ul. Tysiąclecia. 1.1.3. Zadanie nr 1 obejmuje budowę kanalizacji sanitarnej tłocznej DN/OD315mm na odcinku od węzła K94 do węzła K19, tj. a) rozebranie istniejącej nawierzchni, b) roboty ziemne, c) budowę sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej tłocznej: • metodą wykopu otwartego: rura PE100 PN16 SDR17 DN/OD315mm - 1255,46 mb, • metodą bezwykopową: rura PE100 PN16 SDR11 RC DN/OD315mm - 4052,22 mb, rura PE100 PN16 SDR11 RC DN/OD450mm - 437,00 mb d) montaż zestawów napowietrzająco- odpowietrzającego - 12 szt., e) montaż prefabrykowanych studni betonowych rewizyjno - czyszczakowych DN/ID2000mm wraz z wyposażeniem - 8 kpl, f) otworzenie nawierzchni. 1.2. Zadanie nr 2: „Budowa sieci wodociągowej w rejonie ulicy Łokietka - Blachówka w Bytomiu”. 1.2.1. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa sieci wodociągowej w rejonie ulicy Łokietka - Blachówka w Bytomiu. 1.2.2. W ramach inwestycji przewiduje się: a) budowę odcinka wodociągu Dz63-160 w rejonie ul. Łokietka i Blachówka o długości - 172,6 m, b) budowę przyłączy wodociągowych Dz40 do budynków przy ul. Łokietka o długości - 198,8 m, 1.2.3. Zakres zadania 2 obejmuje: a) rozebranie istniejącej nawierzchni, b) roboty ziemne, c) budowę sieci wodociągowej PE100 RC SDR11 DN/OD160mm - 64,30 mb, d) budowę sieci wodociągowej PE100 RC SDR11 DN/OD125mm - 44,70 mb, e) budowę sieci wodociągowej PE100 RC SDR11 DN/OD90mm - 14,40 mb, f) budowę sieci wodociągowej PE100 RC SDR11 DN/OD63mm - 49,20 mb, g) budowę przyłączy wodociągowych PE100 RC SDR11 DN/OD40mm - 198,8 mb, h) zabudowę hydrantów podziemnych DN80mm - 4 szt., i) zabudowę hydrantu nadziemnego DN80mm - 1 szt., j) otworzenie nawierzchni.
