1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa rękawiczek jednorazowych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający informację o asortymencie, ilości i wymogach został określony w Załączniku do SWZ w Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy stanowiących jej integralną część. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia dostarczony będzie na koszt, ryzyko i transportem Wykonawcy. 4. Miejscem dostawy jest siedziba Zamawiającego. 5. Warunki realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawarte zostały również w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy, stanowiących Załącznik do SWZ. 6. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych, obejmujących wszystkie pozycje wskazane w danej części. Ofertę można składać w odniesieniu do jednej lub więcej lub wszystkich części zamówienia. 7. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 4 części. 8.
