Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego jednorazowego użytku, która obejmuje: Pakiet 1 - Kriosonda, Pakiet 2 - Szczypce biopsyjne, Pakiet 3 - Sprzęt do sporządzania i podawania dziennych dawek cytostatyków, Pakiet 4 - Sprzęt do bezigłowej produkcji dziennych dawek cytostatyków, Pakiet 5 - Łącznik bezigłowy oraz przyrząd do pobierania leków cytotoksycznych, przeciwciał monoklonalnych z fiolki oraz Koreczki typu COMBI, Pakiet 6 - Aparat infuzyjny do pompy Agilia, Pakiet 7 - Preparat do odkażania, płukania i nawilżania ran, zawierający podchloryn sodu i kwas podchlorawy, Pakiet 8 - Sterylna woda do nawilżania tlenoterapii , Pakiet 9 - Igła do portu naczyniowego z zabezpieczeniem przed samozakłuciem, bez portu Y oraz dreny z trokarem, Pakiet 10 - Cewniki Thorax, Pakiet 11 - Akcesoria do AIRVO, Pakiet 12 - Szwy chirurgiczne, Pakiet 13 - Szwy chirurgiczne, Pakiet 14 - Staplery i ładunki do staplerow - jednorazowe, Pakiet 15 - Sensor kompatybilny z monitorem głębokości znieczulenia, Pakiet 16 - Porty naczyniowe do długotrwałego dostępu żylnego. 2.
