1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników laboratoryjnych - mikrobiologicznych wraz z najmem aparatów, która obejmuje: Pakiet 1 - Odczynniki do mikroskopowania. Pakiet 2 - Podłoża do automatycznej hodowli bakterii z krwi wraz z najmem aparatów do hodowli drobnoustrojów z krwi. Pakiet 3 - Odczynniki do hodowli prątków z materiałów klinicznych wraz z najmem dwóch aparatów do hodowli, wykonywania lekowrażliwości prątka gruźlicy wraz z oprogramowaniem. Pakiet 4 - Odczynniki do wytwarzania środowisk gazowych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Formularzach cenowych/Przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiących załączniki od nr 1-1 do nr 1-4 do SWZ oraz w Wymaganiach dotyczących przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiących załącznik nr 2-1 i 2-2 do SWZ.
