1. Zamawiający informuje, że posiada pozwolenie na budowę zgodnie z decyzją nr 2251/26 z dnia 17.07.2026r. wydaną przez Starostę Poznańskiego. 2. Zamawiający informuje, że obszar inwestycji podlega badaniom archeologicznym zgodnie z decyzją pozwolenia na prowadzenia badań archeologicznych nr 190/C/2026 3. Szczególne warunki zabezpieczenia terenu budowy i prowadzenia robót budowlanych: roboty budowlane należy wykonać zgodnie z warunkami technicznymi i zasadami bhp obowiązującymi w budownictwie oraz uzgodnieniami do projektu, a teren budowy zabezpieczyć przed dostępem osób niepowołanych. 4. Zamawiający informuję, że realizacja zadania rozbudowa i przebudowa budynku „TARNOWSKIE TERMY” budowa zjeżdżalni, wodnego placu zabaw i murów oporowych wraz z niezbędną infrastruktura techniczną odbywać się będzie przy działającym dotychczasowym obiekcie Aquaparku Tarnowskie Termy z ewentualnymi tymczasowo włączeniami stref. 5. Wykonawca musi tak rozplanować pracę aby nie utrudniały podstawowej działalności obiektu. 6. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do wydzielenia i zabezpieczenia prac/robót umożliwiających funkcjonowanie obiektu 7. Jednocześnie Zamawiający wskazuje, że prace dot. rozbudowy strefy saun mogą rozpocząć się dopiero od września 2027r 8. Zamawiający rezygnuje z wykonania elektrolizera ( Zamawiający dokonał już wymiany) 9. Aranżacja wnętrza nowej sauny po stronie Zamawiającego, po wykonaniu prac przez Wykonawcę, Zamawiający dokona wewnątrz sauny ( układ ławek, pieca i oświetlenia i nagłośnienia, wentylacji) 10. Zamiana rejestratora CCTV na serwer - opisany w zał. nr 1- tabela asortymentowa - parametry 11. Zamawiający informuję, że nowopowstające szafki wraz z infrastrukturą muszą być kompatybilne z istniejącym system ESOK. 12. Zamawiający nie zleca wykonania chodnika ok. 45m2 ( zaznaczone na mapce na czerwono[MT1.1][MK1.2]) 13. Zamawiający informuje o istniejących systemach w obiekcie: - Centrala p.poż - BOSCH - Kontrola dostępu - Roger - ESOK - LSI Software ( w 2027r. Zamawiający planuje zmianę systemu ESOK) Urządzenia: Centrale wentylacyjne - Menerga
