Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa jednej sztuki ciężkiej przyczepy transportowej tandemowej wraz z wyposażeniem. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia musi zostać wykonany w zakresie i zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w SWZ, w szczególności w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ pt.: „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” oraz zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami. Szczegółowe wymagania co do wykonania zamówienia określono również w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ pt.: „Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy”. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonawca udzielił co najmniej 24 miesięcy gwarancji i rękojmi (okres rękojmi będzie zrównany z okresem gwarancji) licząc od dnia odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia (bez limitu kilometrów). Szczegółowe wymagane warunki gwarancji zawarte są w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ pt.: „Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy”.
