Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej trakcyjnej oraz świadczenie usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej trakcyjnej na potrzeby prowadzenia działalności przewozowej pojazdami trakcyjnymi zasilanymi z sieci trakcyjnej elektrycznej 3kV prądu stałego w latach 2027-2030 z opcją przedłużenia na rok 2031. Sprzedawca pozyska i dostarczy Zamawiającemu energię pochodzącą z odnawialnych źródeł energii w określonej ilości w każdym roku dostawy, co potwierdzone zostanie stosownymi gwarancjami pochodzenia energii. W toku dialogu konkurencyjnego nastąpi uszczegółowienie wymagań Zamawiającego. Ostateczny zakres przedmiotu zamówienia zostanie określony w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ), która zostanie przekazana przez Pełnomocnika Zamawiającego wraz z zaproszeniem do składania ofert.
