Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa 600 000 litrów gazu skroplonego LPG spełniającego wszystkie wymagania jakościowe określone w przepisach wydanych na podstawie art. 3 ust. 2 pkt 3 ustawy z dnia 25 sierpnia 2006 r. o systemie monitorowania i kontrolowania jakości paliw (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 1529), a w szczególności w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 28 maja 2021 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla gazu skroplonego (LPG) (Dz. U. poz. 1293) i normie PN-EN 589 dotyczącej paliwa do pojazdów samochodowych LPG, lub równoważnej, jak również musi być zgodny z nowelizowanymi w trakcie dostaw normami i przepisami określającymi wymagania jakościowe.
