Summary

Machine-generated summary

The National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) will launch a Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) to develop innovative heating and cooling systems based on heat pumps for buildings not connected to the district heating network. The research challenge is to create a complete system in the form of a prefabricated container plant room, with all key components assembled and prepared in factory conditions, using atmospheric air as the heat source. The modular architecture will allow flexible configuration, incremental capacity scaling, reduced peak electricity demand through control optimisation and integration of thermal and cooling energy storage, and will include a digital layer. The procedure is funded under the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021-2027 programme.

Description

Niniejsze wstępne ogłoszenie informacyjne (Prior Information Notice; PIN) informuje o publikacji przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju (NCBR) postępowania w formule zamówień przedkomercyjnych (PCP), którego celem będzie opracowanie rozwiązań w obszarze technologii systemów grzewczo-chłodzących opartych o pompy ciepła, dedykowanych dla budynków niepodłączonych do sieci ciepłowniczej (Postępowanie, Przedsięwzięcie). Wyzwanie badawcze polega na opracowaniu innowacyjnego, kompletnego Systemu grzewczo-chłodzącego w postaci prefabrykowanej „maszynowni” kontenerowej, w której wszystkie kluczowe komponenty systemu zostaną połączone i przygotowane w warunkach fabrycznych. Dolnym źródłem dla pomp ciepła będzie powietrze atmosferyczne. Zastosowanie prefabrykacji i standaryzacji konstrukcji umożliwi istotne ograniczenie zakresu robót instalacyjnych realizowanych w miejscu docelowym, skrócenie czasu wdrożenia oraz zwiększenie powtarzalności parametrów jakościowych i eksploatacyjnych. Przedsięwzięcie przewiduje opracowanie rozwiązań umożliwiających redukcję szczytowego zapotrzebowania na moc elektryczną poprzez zastosowanie strategii optymalizacji sterowania Systemem grzewczo-chłodzącym, integrację i optymalne wykorzystanie dostępnych magazynów energii cieplnej i chłodniczej.
