1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów wymienionych w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r. wynosi: 1 648 820 kWh (zamówienie podstawowe). 2. Zamawiający posiada zainstalowaną mikroinstalację oze - panele fotowoltaiczne. Dokładny zakres danych oraz wykaz ppe znajdują się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia został określony w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 4. Wymagania (obowiązki) stawiane Wykonawcy, opisane zostały w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Zamawiający udzieli wyłonionemu w postępowaniu Wykonawcy pełnomocnictwa. 5. W toku realizacji zamówienia zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmniejszenia lub zwiększenia ilości energii elektrycznej zamówienia podstawowego (dostawa energii wraz z usługą dystrybucji) w zakresie do +/-15%: 6. Pełen zakres znajduje się w rozdziale 4 SWZ. 1.
