Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy leków, płynów infuzyjnych, środków spożywczych specjalnego przeznaczenia medycznego i wyrobów medycznych. Asortyment stanowiący przedmiot zamówienia musi posiadać aktualne pozwolenie na dopuszczenie do obrotu produktów leczniczych/środków spożywczych specjalnego przeznaczenia medycznego zgodnie z postanowieniami ustawy z dnia 6 września 2001r. Prawo farmaceutyczne (t.j. Dz.
