Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa pomocy dydaktycznych - wyposażenie pracowni elektrycznych do Zespołu Szkół im. Stanisława Staszica w Staszowie i Zespołu Szkół im. Oddziału Partyzanckiego AK „Jędrusie” w Połańcu w ramach projektu „Rozwój infrastruktury praktycznej nauki zawodu w Powiecie Staszowskim”, Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - będący równocześnie opisem oferowanego sprzętu i zestawieniem cenowym oferty. 1) Wykonawca wykona przedmiot umowy zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami i normami, aktualnym poziomem wiedzy technicznej, należytą starannością i ustaleniami z Zamawiającym. 2) Wykonawca dostarczy Zamawiającemu rzeczy fabrycznie nowe, najwyższej jakości, kompletne, spełniające wymogi obowiązujących przepisów, posiadające dokumenty wymagane przepisami prawa, umożliwiające ich bezpieczną pracę i obsługę. Ilekroć w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia lub w załącznikach do szczegółowego opisu przedmiotu zamówienia wskazano znaki towarowe, patenty lub pochodzenia, a także normy - oznacza to, iż Zamawiający nie mógł opisać przedmiotu zamówienia za pomocą dostatecznie dokładnych określeń i dopuszcza oferty równoważne. Kryteria w celu oceny równoważności wskazano w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ tj.: w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. 2. Zamawiający nie przewiduje wymagań, o których mowa w art. 95 ust.1 ustawy Pzp - nie ma zastosowana w przypadku dostaw. 3.
