1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowych, nieużywanych samochodów z przeznaczeniem dla Izby Administracji Skarbowej we Wrocławiu. 2. Zamawiający podzielił przedmiot zamówienia na 2 części. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na każdą z 2 części zamówienia. Oferty będą oceniane w każdej części osobno. 3. Szczegółowe wymagania i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w SWZ, w specyfikacji funkcjonalno-technicznej dla części od 1 do 2 zamówienia oraz w Projekcie umowy. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 1 sztuki samochodu typu BUS, fabrycznie nowego, nieużywanego, wyprodukowanego nie wcześniej niż w 2025 r. dla Izby Administracji Skarbowej we Wrocławiu. 2. Szczegółowe wymagania i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w specyfikacji funkcjonalno-technicznej oraz w Projekcie umowy. 3. Zamawiający nie przewiduje opcji.
