Description

Postępowanie jest prowadzone zgodnie z zasadami przewidzianymi dla zamówień sektorowych klasycznych o wartości szacunkowej zamówienia równej lub przekraczającej progi unijne wskazanych w przepisie art. 3 uPZP. Zamawiający będzie prowadził postępowanie w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, o którym mowa w art. 376 ust. 1 pkt 1 w związku z art. 5 ust.1 pkt 1 i ust. 4 pkt 1 lit. c) tiret drugie oraz art. 378 ust. 1 i art. 132-139 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie procedury, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP (tzw. odwróconej), tj. Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego specjalistycznego samochodu do czyszczenia kanalizacji z odzyskiem wody na potrzeby Bialskich Wodociągów i Kanalizacji „WOD-KAN” Sp. Z o.o. w Białej Podlaskiej wraz z udzieleniem gwarancji jakości, świadczeniem usług serwisu gwarancyjnego oraz szkoleniem personelu Zamawiającego z jego obsługi.
