1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa infrastruktury obliczeniowej i oprogramowania (zwanych dalej „Systemem”) wraz z wdrożeniem oraz zapewnieniem usługi gwarancyjnej. 2.Szczegółowy przedmiot zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy. 3.Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
