Na potwierdzenie informacji dotyczących wyżej wymienionych parametrów jakościowych produktu Zamawiający wymaga załączenia do oferty przedmiotowego środka dowodowego w postaci karty charakterystyki lub innego dokumentu potwierdzającego spełnianie wymaganych parametrów produktu. Zamawiający jest podatnikiem podatku rolnego i zamawiany produkt wykorzysta na potrzeby własne.
