Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa paliw płynnych do pojazdów mechanicznych, w systemie sprzedaży bezgotówkowej przy pomocy bezgotówkowych kart paliwowych dla 33 jednostek Województwa Dolnośląskiego, na stacjach należących do sieci stacji Wykonawcy lub operatora stacji paliw, z którym Wykonawca podpisał stosowną umowę, w szczególności: Benzyna bezołowiowa PB95 - 312 006 litrów, Benzyna bezołowiowa uszlachetniona - 16 895 litrów, Olej napędowy - 2 093 562 litry, Olej napędowy uszlachetniony - 65 306 litrów, Skroplony gaz ropopochodny (LPG) - 69 500 litrów. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki jego realizacji Wspólny Zamawiający określił w Istotnych postanowieniach umowy (IPU) stanowiących załącznik nr 6 do SWZ oraz w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowiącym załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. 3. IPU jest wspólne dla każdego z Zamawiających wskazanych w rozdziale I SWZ, w OPZ natomiast wskazano odrębnie zapotrzebowanie na paliwo dla poszczególnych Zamawiających. 4. Ze wskazanymi w rozdziale I SWZ Zamawiającymi wybrany w postępowaniu Wykonawca podpisze odrębne umowy o wykonanie zamówienia publicznego, w zakresie właściwym dla tych Zamawiających, określonym w OPZ.
