Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup oprogramowania do zarządzania Zakładem Patomorfologii Katowickiego Centrum Onkologii, zgodnie z Załącznikiem Nr 2 do SWZ - Oferta Cenowa. 2. Parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne określone zostały w Załączniku Nr 4 do SWZ. 3. Zamówienie obejmuje również: 1. dostarczenie, instalację, konfigurację, uruchomienie, udzielenie bezterminowych licencji na czas niekreślony na system 2. instruktaż personelu w zakresie obsługi i praktycznego wykorzystania systemu, po uprzednim pisemnym uzgodnieniu terminu z Zamawiającym zakończone podpisaniem „Protokołu instruktażu” , 3. przekazanie do użytkowania wraz z wszystkimi wymaganymi atestami, certyfikatami, 4. 24 miesięczną gwarancję liczoną od daty podpisania przez upoważnionych przedstawicieli Zamawiającego i Wykonawcy „Protokołu końcowego odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia”, 12 miesięczny serwis pogwarancyjny. Zadanie będzie realizowane w ramach Projektu współfinansowanego ze środków Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Śląskiego 2021-2027 nr FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priorytet VIII Fundusze Europejskie na infrastrukturę dla mieszkańca Działanie.08.06 Infrastruktura ochrony zdrowia (typ projektu II). Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do unieważnienia postępowania na podstawie art. 257 ustawy z dnia 11.09.2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup oprogramowania do zarządzania Zakładem Patomorfologii Katowickiego Centrum Onkologii, zgodnie z Załącznikiem Nr 2 do SIWZ - Oferta Cenowa. 2. Parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne sprzętu określone zostały w Załączniku Nr 4 do SWZ.
