Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wdrożenie systemu informatycznego, tj. Systemu Zarządzania Pracą w Terenie zwanego dalej: ZPwT, poprzez dostawę, konfigurację, integrację, uruchomienie oraz wsparcie systemu. W ramach zleconego Przedmiotu Zamówienia Wykonawca winien również dostarczyć niezbędne licencje oraz komponenty systemu. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) został określony w Projektowanych postanowieniach Umowy (Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ).
