Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Rozbudowa systemu rezonansu magnetycznego dla SP ZOZ MSWiA w Kielcach im. św. Jana Pawła II, o rozwiązania oparte o AI z zakresu planowania badania, akwizycji i rekonstrukcji obrazu, automatyczna analiza danych, generowanie alertów dotyczących pilnych przypadków. Oferowane narzędzia i urządzenia muszą być kompatybilne z posiadanym przez Zamawiającego systemów Canon Medical Systems:  system rezonansu magnetycznego Vantage Orian, numer seryjny S1A1972029  system postprocessingu Vitrea Advanced Visualization (S/N: 511541025), oraz zapewniać ich prawidłową współpracę technologiczną i funkcjonalną. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia określono w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - formularz asortymentowo-cenowy - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. Zamawiający nie dokonał podziału zamówienia na części, ponieważ przedmiot zamówienia stanowi jednolitą całość funkcjonalną i technologiczną. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje rozbudowę istniejącego systemu rezonansu magnetycznego o rozwiązania oparte na AI, które muszą być w pełni kompatybilne i zintegrowane z posiadanymi systemami Canon Medical Systems. Zgodnie z art.257 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
