1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozbudowa Systemu Teleradiologii dla SP ZOZ, obejmująca dostawę, wdrożenie, konfigurację i uruchomienie zintegrowanego systemu do obsługi teleradiologii, wraz z zapewnieniem infrastruktury chmurowej, archiwizacji danych medycznych, integracji z systemami Zamawiającego oraz świadczeniem usług utrzymaniowych i serwisowych. Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. ___ wykaz oświadczeń, podmiotowych i przedmiotowych środków dowodowych zawarty jest w Rozdziale VII SWZ ___ Zamawiający, zgodnie z art. 139 Ustawy Pzp., przewiduje odwróconą kolejność czynności, tj. Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu.
