Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa systemu do monitorowania logów oraz zarządzania i monitorowania bezpieczeństwa infrastruktury teleinformatycznej wraz z pracami wdrożeniowymi oraz z wsparciem technicznym Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, oraz Wzór umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Zamawiający oświadcza, iż będąc administratorem danych oraz mając na względzie przepisy ustawy z dnia 10.5.2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (dalej RODO) wdrożył środki bezpieczeństwa adekwatne do zidentyfikowanych przez siebie ryzyk oraz dające rękojmie należytego zabezpieczenia danych osobowych przekazywanych w ramach postępowania. Szczegółowa klauzula informacyjna z art. 13 RODO zawarta jest w SWZ.
