1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup oprogramowania do rozwoju e-usług w Wojewódzkim Szpitalu Specjalistycznym w Legnicy, z podziałem na następujące części: 1) CZEŚĆ I - zakup oprogramowania „Portalu Pacjenta” w ramach chmurowej platformy usług. 2) CZEŚĆ II - zakup oprogramowania do integracji systemu do produkcji leków cytostatycznych z AMMS, (w poprzednim postępowaniu część V) 3) CZEŚĆ III - zakup oprogramowania do usługi VOICEBOT realizującej funkcje wirtualnej rejestracji zintegrowanej z HIS Zamawiającego Szczegółowe opisy przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone dla każdej CZĘŚCI odrębnie, które stanowią załączniki do SWZ. Umowa o udzielenie zamówienia: dla CZĘŚCI I, III - sporządzono jeden wzór umowy, który zostanie odpowiednio zmodyfikowany zgodnie z treścią oferty Wykonawcy, dla CZEŚCI II - sporządzono jeden wzór umowy, który zostanie odpowiednio zmodyfikowany zgodnie z treścią oferty Wykonawcy, Zakup oprogramowania „Portalu Pacjenta” w ramach chmurowej platformy usług.; Zakup oprogramowania do integracji systemu do produkcji leków cytostatycznych z AMMS, (w poprzednim postępowaniu część V); Zakup oprogramowania do usługi VOICEBOT realizującej funkcje wirtualnej rejestracji zintegrowanej z HIS Zamawiającego
