nr zgodna z SWZ: 3.Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Podniesienie bezpieczeństwa sieciowego oraz rozbudowa systemów medycznych WS-SP ZOZ w Zgorzelcu. Zadanie nr 1: Zakup i wdrożenie systemu klasy PAM. Zadanie nr 2: Zakup licencji do systemu UTM Stormshield posiadanego przez Zamawiającego. Zadanie nr 3: Rozbudowa stanowiska archiwizacji badań endoskopowych systemu Endobox posiadanego przez Zamawiającego. 3.3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załącznikach nr 2, 3, 3A oraz 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 do SWZ. 3.4. Zamawiający wymaga, a Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do zatrudnienia pracowników wykonujących bezpośrednio czynności w zakresie prac: w zakresie pakietu nr 1: wdrożenie systemu oraz szkolenie administratorów, w zakresie pakietu nr 3: aktualizacja systemu, na podstawie umowy o pracę w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. - Kodeks pracy z uwzględnieniem minimalnego wynagrodzenia za pracę ustalonego na podstawie art 2 ust. 3-5 ustawy z dnia 10 października 2002 r. o minimalnym wynagrodzeniu za pracę, przez cały okres realizacji Umowy. To samo zobowiązanie dotyczy Podwykonawców i dalszych Podwykonawców Wykonawcy.W zakresie pakietu nr 2 Zamawiający nie stawia wymogu zatrudnienia o pracę. Zakup i wdrożenie systemu klasy PAM.; Zakup licencji do systemu UTM Stormshield posiadanego przez Zamawiającego.; Rozbudowa stanowiska archiwizacji badań endoskopowych systemu Endobox posiadanego przez Zamawiającego.
