1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup oprogramowania integracyjnego dla posiadanego sytemu AGFA EI z Platformą Usług Inteligentnych (PUI) opracowaną przez Centrum e-Zdrowia (CeZ). 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1) dostawę oprogramowania integracyjnego dla posiadanego systemu AGFA EI z PUI 2) udzielenie licencji, wdrożenie oraz konfigurację oprogramowania integracyjnego AGFA EI z Platformą Usług Inteligentnych (PUI) CeZ, 3) usługa integracji systemu AGFA EI z PUI, 4) świadczenie usługi wsparcia gwarancyjnego przez okres 36 miesięcy od daty podpisania protokołu odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia. 2. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące funkcjonalności zawiera załącznik nr 1.1-1.7 do SWZ.
