Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa owoców i warzyw z podziałem na zadania: Zadanie 1 - owoce tropikalne i krajowe, pieczarki, warzywa szklarniowe i importowane; Zadanie 2 - jabłka; Zadanie 3 - ziemiopłody. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Zamawiający dokonuje podziału zamówienia na części tj. zadania. Tym samym Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych, o których mowa w art. 7 pkt 15 ustawy Pzp, na każde zadanie oddzielnie. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych w ramach poszczególnych zadań. Umowy zostaną zawarte do wartości maksymalnej. Zadanie 1 - owoce tropikalne i krajowe, pieczarki, warzywa szklarniowe i importowane; Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ.
