Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup - tankowanie bezpośrednio do zbiorników paliwowych samochodów i sprzętu (kanistry) paliw spełniających wymagania określone w rozporządzeniu Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 26.06.2024 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych - Pb 95, ON i LPG. Zamówienie obejmuje realizację wewnętrznie wyodrębnionych zadań nr 1 - 15 (zgodnie z wykazem zadań zawartym w OPZ). Tankowanie odbywać się będzie w oparciu o karty flotowe lub równoważne przypisane do poszczególnych pojazdów na stacjach Wykonawcy. Łączna szacowana maksymalna ilość paliwa objęta zamówieniem: Pb 95 - 123 600,00 l., ON - 115 800,00 l., LPG - 78 200,00 l. Zakup paliw odbywać się będzie sukcesywnie w miarę potrzeb Zamawiającego. Podana w OPZ (wykazie zadań) ilość paliwa obliczona została na podstawie prognozowanego zapotrzebowania Zamawiającego w okresie realizacji umowy, a podane ilości są szacunkowe. Zamawiający gwarantuje realizację umowy w zakresie co najmniej 80 % wartości umownej brutto i zastrzega sobie prawo zmniejszenia zakresu zamówienia maksymalnie o 20 % wartości umownej brutto w trakcie realizacji umowy (niezrealizowania zamówienia w tym zakresie) - z uwzględnieniem potrzeb Zamawiającego. Zmniejszenie zakresu zamówienia nie będzie stanowić podstaw do żadnych roszczeń Wykonawcy z tego powodu. Szczegółowe określenie przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym szacowaną ilość paliwa w ramach każdego z zadań, ilość samochodów i sprzętu, zawiera Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowiący zał. nr 1 SWZ.
