Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: sukcesywna dostawa, środkiem transportu wykonawcy, oleju opałowego lekkiego w łącznej ilości szacunkowej 136500 litrów do szkół zlokalizowanych na terenie gminy Rozprza wg poniższego wykazu: a) Szkoła Podstawowa w Rozprzy: • budynek 1 ul. Szkolna 1, 97-340 Rozprza • budynek 2, ul. Sportowa 12 A, 97-340 Rozprza b) Szkoła Podstawowa w Niechcicach, ul. Częstochowska 27, 97-340 Rozprza c) Szkoła Podstawowa w Milejowie, ul. Szkolna 12, 97-340 Rozprza d) Szkoła Podstawowa w Nowej Wsi, Nowa Wieś 84, 97-340 Rozprza e) Szkoła Podstawowa w Straszowie, Straszów 70, 97-340 Rozprza 1. Wielkość i termin każdorazowej dostawy określi Zamawiający według bieżących potrzeb składając Wykonawcy zamówienie telefonicznie lub email. 2. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo sprawdzania przestrzegania przez Wykonawcę parametrów oleju opałowego określonych w warunkach zamówienia. 3. Dostawy oleju opałowego będą realizowane partiami, zgodnie z zamówieniem na podstawie protokołu odbioru od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 8:00-14:00. Każda dostawa powinna posiadać zaświadczenie potwierdzające, że dostarczane produkty odpowiadają określonym normom 4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo zwiększenia lub zmniejszenia wielkości dostaw w stosunku do zapotrzebowania określonego w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia w przypadku zaistnienia okoliczności na które Zamawiający nie ma wpływu np. niekorzystne warunki atmosferyczne. 5. Zamawiający zastrzega, iż ma prawo nie wykorzystać w okresie realizacji umowy pełnej ilości zapotrzebowania oleju opałowego określonego w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia. Wielkość zapotrzebowania powinna być traktowana jako szacunkowa. Wykonawcy nie będzie przysługiwało jakiekolwiek roszczenie z tytułu nie pobrania przez Zamawiającego przewidywanej ilości oleju opałowego. 6. Dostawa oleju następować będzie transportem Wykonawcy (autocysterna z pompą dostosowaną do transportu oleju opałowego) na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy. 7. W nagłych przypadkach korekta zamówienia będzie dokonywana telefonicznie. 8. Przewidywana ilość zużycia oleju opałowego: a) Szkoła Podstawowa w Rozprzy -73 000 l; b) Szkoła Podstawowa w Niechcicach - 16 500 l; c) Szkoła Podstawowa w Milejowie - 12000 l; d) Szkoła Podstawowa w Nowej Wsi - 8 000 l; e) Szkoła Podstawowa w Straszowie - 27 000 l.
