Description

Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest dostawa dla ENEA Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. oleju napędowego, zgodnego z normą PN-EN 590, o max zawartości siarki 10 mg/kg, w gatunku B, D i F (olej dla okresu letniego, przejściowego i zimowego) - w ilości 520 m3 (520 000 litrów), z zastrzeżeniem poniższego. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość zmniejszenia przewidywanej do dostawy ilości oleju napędowego w okresie obowiązywania Umowy. Faktycznie dostarczona ilość oleju napędowego może wynieść od 440 m3 do 520 m3. Powyższe wynika ze zmienności warunków eksploatacyjnych urządzeń i instalacji energetycznych, na które wpływają czynniki niezależne od Zamawiającego, związane ze zmiennymi potrzebami odbiorców energii elektrycznej, wpływającymi na zmniejszenie wielkości produkcji.
