Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy oleju napędowego do autobusów komunikacji miejskiej. Szacunkowa łączna wielkość zamówienia wynosi 17 000 000 L oleju napędowego standardowego w tym prawo do zakupu 1 000 000 L oleju napędowego „o polepszonych właściwościach temperaturowych (temperatura zablokowania zimnego filtra CFPP maksimum -32 C). Oferowany olej napędowy musi spełniać wymagania wynikające z Ustawy z dnia 25 sierpnia 2006 r. o systemie monitorowania i kontrolowania jakości paliw oraz z Rozporządzenia Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 26.06.2024 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych, z zastrzeżeniem parametru temperatury zapłonu oleju napędowego która musi być większa od 61oC, w okresie od dnia zawarcia umowy do dnia 31.12.2026r. Przewidywana minimalna ilość zamawianego oleju napędowego w całym okresie obowiązywania Umowy wyniesie dla oleju napędowego standardowego - 13.600.000 L. W przypadku zmiany przepisów lub ich zastąpieniu innymi przepisami w trakcie realizacji zamówienia dostarczany olej napędowy każdorazowo musi spełniać wymagania wynikające z przepisów obowiązujących na dzień dostawy.
