Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawa odczynników, materiałów kontrolnych, kalibratorów, materiałów zużywalnych wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia. Wykaz wymaganych dokumentów podmiotowych i przedmiotowych zawarty jest w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia. Przedmiotowe środki dowodowe podlegają uzupełnieniu. W postępowaniu ma zastosowanie procedura, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp.
