Wykaz wymaganych dokumentów podmiotowych i przedmiotowych zawarty jest w specyfikacji warunków zamówienia. Przedmiotowe środki dowodowe podlegają uzupełnieniu. W postępowaniu ma zastosowanie procedura, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. Dostawy produktów leczniczych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
