Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników wraz z dzierżawą analizatora do bezpośredniej identyfikacji drobnoustrojów z materiału klinicznego metodą multiplex PCR do Zakładu Diagnostyki Laboratoryjnej i Mikrobiologii. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został przedstawiony w formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz w parametrach wymagane - stanowiących załącznik nr 2a do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. 1. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został przedstawiony w formularzach asortymentowo-cenowych stanowiących załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz w parametrach wymaganych - stanowiących załącznik nr 2a do SWZ. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 8 i 8b do SWZ.
