Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników, materiałów kontrolnych i zużywalnych pozwalających na wykonanie badań oraz zwalidowanie i wydanie wyników (CPR) wraz z dzierżawą linii koagulologicznej z oprogramowaniem oraz analizatorem dla Zakładu Diagnostyki. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera arkusz cenowy (załącznik nr 1a do SWZ), opis wymagań granicznych (załącznik nr 1b do SWZ) oraz wzór umowy (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ). Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. Podane ilości są szacunkowym zapotrzebowaniem i służą do obliczenia ceny oferty (tj. ustalenia maksymalnego wynagrodzenia wykonawcy). Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo rezygnacji z zakupu części asortymentu wynikającej z braku lub zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na dany asortyment.
