Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa odczynników, materiałów zużywalnych i kontrolnych wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów dla Zakładu Mikrobiologii. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera SWZ wraz z załącznikami. 1. Odczynniki do genotypowania HBV i identyfikacji mutacji związanych z opornością w próbkach surowicy, osocza. - 540 oznaczeń; 2. Odczynniki do genotypowania HCV i identyfikacji mutacji związanych z opornością w próbkach surowicy, osocza. - 450 oznaczeń; 3. Odczynniki do genotypowania HIV i identyfikacji mutacji związanych z opornością w próbkach surowicy, osocza. - 384 oznaczenia; 4. Zestaw kulek magnetycznych do procesuoczyszczania DNA na etapie przygotowania bibliotek do NGS pod kątem wskazanych testów z poz. 1-3 - 45 opakowań po 5ml; 5.
