Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa odczynników do badań gazometrii oraz parametrów krytycznych wraz z dzierżawą aparatu (analizatora). Zakres zamówienia obejmuje również wpięcie i integrację analizatora do systemu szpitalnego IMiD (HIS-CGM-Clininet) dla Kliniki Położnictwa i Ginekologii. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera tabela asortymentowo-cenowa zał. nr 2 do SWZ i opis przedmiotu zamówienia („OPZ”) zał. nr 3 do SWZ oraz wzór umowy zał. nr 5 do SWZ. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. Za niepodzielnością zamówienia przemawia fakt, że połączenie dostaw odczynników i analizatora od jednego dostawcy zapewnia kompatybilność współdziałania oraz ułatwia i ustanawia określenie odpowiedzialności w razie niezbędnej pomocy, w sytuacjach problematycznych - szybką diagnostykę problemu i potrzebną interwencję/naprawę, tym bardziej że systemy biochemiczne są z reguły systemami zamkniętymi. . Zam. oświadcza, iż będąc administratorem danych oraz mając na względzie przepisy ustawy z dn.10.05.2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (dalej RODO) wdrożył środki bezpieczeństwa adekwatne do zidentyfikowanych przez siebie ryzyk oraz dające rękojmie należytego zabezpieczenia danych osobowych przekazywanych w ramach postępowania. Szczegółowa klauzula informacyjna z art. 13 RODO zawarta jest w SWZ.
