Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera SWZ wraz z załącznikami. 1. Zestaw 120-merowych sond RNA zaprojektowanych dla Zamawiającego do tworzenia bibliotek do ukierunkowanego sekwencjonowania następnej generacji ludzkiego DNA, kompatybilny z aparatem MiSeq (Illumina) będącym własnością Zamawiającego. - 50 opakowań - 96 oznaczeń 2. Zestaw odczynników do przygotowania 96 bibliotek do NGS kompatybilny z zestawem 120-merowych sond RNA kompatybilny z aparatem MiSeq (Illumina) będącym własnością Zamawiającego - 70 opakowań - 96 oznaczeń 3. Zestaw do fragmentacji enzymatycznej DNA na 96 próbek do protokołów NGS - 80 opakowań - 96 oznaczeń 4. Analiza germinalna plików FASTQ do 500MB odczytów - 50 pakietów na 96 plików - 96 plików FASTQ; 1. PBS bez Ca i Mg (jałowy, szklane opakowania, gumowy korek) - 180 000 ml - opakowanie 100 ml 2. PBS bez Ca i Mg (jałowy, szklane opakowania, gumowy korek) - 750 000 ml - opakowanie 500 ml
